Why you should to read a book ??

            My name is Chheit Sanchhay. I’m from Cambodia.I study at National University of Battambong of accounting skill .I’m a hardworking and self motivating person, and I have strong communication skill also.My hobbies are reading books and listening to music.The music that I like is English old song .Because I think I’m an soul.I have some experience about reading a book to share you all.Why did I create this blog?Because I only think about reading books,We’ll got a lot of new experiences and more knowledge.It can make us understand the people in society too .It’s the reason that everyone should to spend the time for  find a good book to read them.

Reading is an important part of life. The habit of reading books is sometimes a hobby of individuals who want to learn something new or unfamiliar and read books to reduce boredom. Some individuals read books to find solutions to problems they are facing in life, both now and in the future. Here are five key benefits of reading a book:

Reading a book gives you a broader knowledge by considering each point in depth. Not only that, reading a book helps you to better understand a group's point of view. For example, if you want to know about the life of any indigenous people, you can know the details of their customs, traditions and geographical location through reading.










Reading keeps your brain healthy: 

Regular exercise helps keep your body and mind healthy. Likewise, the habit of reading books regularly is also an exercise that helps keep your brain healthy.

When you focus on reading for 10 to 15 minutes, you can effectively forget about complex issues. Books can bring joy to our daily lives. One study found that when a person spends six minutes reading a book, it can reduce stress by up to 68 percent. At the same time, by immersing yourself in reading a good book, all the stress and anxiety can go away.



4 Reading helps you sleep better:

Books help you feel better before bed. Reading books can help you get a good night's sleep. When you can practice this habit, you will sleep more regularly. Before going to bed, the best time for quality sleep is to grab a book rather than spend time on an electronic device.


5 Reading will be a good example for the next generation:

holding a book is a good thing that parents should not overlook. Basically, your children will learn to look at this habit, they can follow you. The habit of reading books or carrying books on a regular basis can also have a positive effect on people around you to encourage others to love reading.
